Regina Pacis at 153 Barr ST, Lexington, KY 40507 US - Home

Welcome to Regina Pacis
Latin Mass Chaplaincy !!!

Thank you for visiting our website, we hope that you'll find what you need to understand and appreciate the Regina Pacis Latin Mass Chaplaincy.  On October 7, 2009, the feast of Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary, His Excellency Ronald W. Gainer, Bishop of Lexington, enacted the Statutes of the Regina Pacis Chaplaincy of the Diocese of Lexington, creating a chaplaincy under which members of the community may register in lieu of a parish. The chaplain of the community serves as the pastor of its faithful under Canon Law. The Mass and the seven Holy Sacraments are administered using the Extraordinary Form.

We welcome all fellow Catholic brothers and sisters to our traditional Latin Mass. I believe you will find a very special ceremony with beautiful Gregorian chants and a high altar Mass, as it has been performed for many centuries. Regina Pacis is one of just a few daily Latin masses in Kentucky. So feel free to join us during the week or on Sunday.

Please pray every day for our Holy Father, Pope Benedict, and Bishop Ronald Gainer.
